Terms and Conditions

1. About us

Camplete (ABN 55 704 045 446) sells complete camping equipment packages online at camplete.com.au. We are an Australian business based in Sydney, NSW. Contact: contact@camplete.com.au.

2. What we sell

We sell physical goods (camping equipment packages and accessories) for outright purchase. We do not provide campsite bookings, campsite setup services, or equipment hire. Package contents are listed on each product page; images are illustrative.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid in full through our website. An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. Prices are in Australian dollars. We may correct pricing errors prior to acceptance; if a price error affects your order we will offer you the choice of the corrected price or a full refund. Made-to-order items (e.g. The Glamper) are ordered on demand with the estimated lead time stated at checkout.

4. Cancellations, changes and substitutions

Camplete reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any order, item or package inclusion at any time, including substituting items with products of equivalent or better specification, or cancelling an order for any reason prior to collection with a full refund. You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation; after this window, orders cannot be cancelled, but our change-of-mind returns policy (clause 6) continues to apply after collection. Where we make a material change to your order, you may elect a full refund instead.

5. Collection (click-and-collect)

Orders are collected from our nominated pickup point in Castle Hill, Sydney. When your order is ready, you will receive collection instructions including the address, your collection window, and a one-time access code where applicable. Access codes are unique to your order, expire after your collection window, and must not be shared. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety at the pickup point and for transporting the goods. Orders not collected within 14 days of the ready-for-collection notice may be cancelled and refunded less any reasonable costs, or rescheduled by arrangement.

6. Change-of-mind returns

You may return your order for a full refund within 7 days of collection, provided all items are unused, with original packaging and tamper seals intact. Items that have been used, pitched, slept in, or exposed to the outdoors are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Returns are made to the pickup point by arrangement. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection, to the original payment method. This policy is voluntary and in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Faulty goods — Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair, replacement or refund if goods fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure is not major. Products are guaranteed to the standard reasonably expected of goods of their nature, price and description. The guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, damage occurring after collection unrelated to the condition of the goods at supply, damage from misuse, accident or exposure beyond the products' stated ratings, or failure to follow the supplied instructions and care guide. Claims require proof of purchase and return of the affected item for inspection; where a fault is confirmed we will provide the applicable remedy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Safe use of equipment

Camping involves inherent risks. You must read the supplied instruction booklet before use, follow all product warnings, supervise children around equipment, and comply with all campground rules, total fire ban declarations and NSW Rural Fire Service directions. Gas appliances must be used outdoors in ventilated areas, with the supplied certified equipment only, and stored away from heat. To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting your Australian Consumer Law rights), we are not liable for loss arising from misuse of the equipment or failure to follow instructions or safety warnings.

9. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, package designs, instruction materials and branding — is owned by or licensed to Camplete. Any redistribution or reproduction of any contents from this website in any form is prohibited. You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content, nor transmit it or store it on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

10. Product safety and recalls

If we become aware of a safety issue with any product we have supplied, we will contact you using the details on your order and publish recall information on our website. Please keep your contact details current.

11. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder continues to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
